About me:

Geek and proud... Love reading, drawing comic books, UFO's and extraterrestrial life, collecting trading cards, listening to rock music, listening to metal music, listening to the blues, listening to classical music, philosophical thinking whilst out and about, sci-fi themes, maths problems, chemistry, biology, documentaries...

Commission Painting:

What is your pricing structure like?
My pricing structure is very simple. Unlike other commission miniature painters, I don't have set levels like 'table top' or 'display quality'. Why? Because everyone's idea of say, tabletop quality is different. One person's table top quality is another person's 'display quality' and vice versa. I keep things simple and charge per hour of painting [current rate - £10]. So the more hours spent on a commission, the better the outcome will be. All you have to do is state how many hours you would like me to spend on your miniatures and I will paint them for the agreed upon number of hours, no more, no less. If a client wanted me to spend 10 hours on a 10 man squad of Space Marines, the total would be £100. Also, I'd would just like to point out that quality may vary depending on squad size and hours requested. If the same client wanted me to spend the same amount of time on a 20 man squad of Space Marines the quality may suffer as it's double the amount of miniatures to paint in the same amount of time.

What is the process like?
What you have to do is send me a message detailing what you would like painted up and how many hours you'd like me to spend on it. I let you know whether I can fit it in to my schedule. If so, you give me a deposit of half of the agreed upon amount then and either send the miniatures off to me or hand them over to me in person. I'll get them painted to the specified amount of time and take photos of them for you to review and let me know if you are happy with them. Once the photos are sent to you, you have three weeks to let me know if you are happy with them and to complete payment by giving me the other half of the agreed upon amount. Once the payment is complete I will send the painted miniatures to you, free of charge unless it's a particularly bulky item. Failure to complete payment in those three weeks will result in the miniatures becoming my property.

Of course the white cat you faved was not really homeless but it suited my notion of its connection with Ernst Blofeld, the cat stroking villain from the Bond books and movies. Strangely the cat was apparently never named!
Glad you saw past its alleged background and enjoyed it MOxC    White Cat
