Beachy Head - Lighthouse

An edited photograph of a lighthouse, taken from the top of Beachy Head, some beautiful cliffs near Eastbourne.  I just loved the way the mist formed over the water, creating a white blanket, blending the water and sky into one, an infinite background. Out in the middle of this mist was a lonely lighthouse, the protector of the shores, warning boats to stay away from the treacherously steep cliffs and rock-infested waters.
